Mopeds are a great introduction to motorbiking. A 50cc Moped isn’t too expensive and is a good way to quickly handle shorter work commutes and have a little fun on mild offroad trails. They get excellent gas mileage, too, which is terrific these days. They are a safe start to handling a motorbike since they aren’t too heavy or too powerful. You won’t be doing big air stunts with one of these. However, a powerful motorcycle that can be used for that is a lot to handle for a novice and this has led to many a broken leg!
